I think a color fade from the orange to silver on the railing "L" would look better.

There doesn't appear to be enough of a border on the left hand side of the page. The text starts only one pixel away from the browser edge (Mac Firefox 3).

Tim Burden

I hope they did it for free :)

@michael: it's supposed to mirror the cannonical Long Tail graph, which has a line between head and tail. A fade might look better, but it wouldn't echo the graph.

@kyle: on my screen (1280 width) there's a good inch of white space in a column on the left. But I'm guessing that your browser isn't maximized, which is common, so that's something we've got to fix. Many thanks...

Is the search box gone?

Hello Chris,
congrats on your new redesigned blog, we´re looking forward for your keynote here in Brazil in october.
We´re keeping a blog about it, it´s all in portuguese, but check it out if you can.

See you soon then,
Gustavo

@Pablo: Whoops--I knew we forgot something. We'll put that search box back.

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing one to two simple text links on your website's homepage. How much would you charge for that?

Thanks.

A small bit of white space on the very left side of the left column would be great.

I like the new design. It looks much better over all!

Erikka Arone

I really have template envy right now. Great format for me as a reader.

This looks so much like you! I love that it all looks like code, yet it’s still feminine. And the use of your rocking.. Really a fantastic design..
